When to use it
Use it before publishing or materially changing any request destination that homeowners will use.
What to check
- The public page shows the correct business and has no sign-in wall.
- Required and optional fields behave as intended on a normal phone.
- A company-controlled test is clearly labelled so nobody contacts it as a homeowner.
- The office view makes the request type, owner, last action, next action, and status understandable.
- The test record is closed or labelled so it cannot be mistaken for a real homeowner request.
What this does not do
A passing internal test validates the operating path only. It does not predict ad performance, booking rate, job value, homeowner response, or sales outcome.
