About Kaldwick

Built by one person, answered by one person

Kaldwick gives U.S. home-services companies one link where every request is saved in one operational workflow.

The problem

I studied how U.S. roofing and home-services companies respond to incoming requests — filling out their contact forms the way a homeowner would, across several metros, and timing the replies. Most were slow. Many never replied at all.

The insight

The companies that lost that work weren't bad at the job. They were buried. Calls, texts, Facebook messages, Angi, and the website form all land in different places, and nothing tells you which request is a major replacement and which is a small repair. The next contractor action can be hard to see when requests are scattered.

What I built

So I built Kaldwick: one quote link where every request lands in the same place and stays visible until your team records an action or outcome. Kaldwick never resells your requests and never contacts homeowners for you — your data is yours.

How I work

I'm the founder, and I still set up every account myself. Everything runs in writing, so you always have a record of what was said, and I answer within a couple of hours during your day. I'm based in France and the product is built for U.S. home services — which means anything you send in the evening is usually handled before your first job the next morning.

An invitation

Kaldwick is in a limited rollout. If you want to see the request workflow on your own inbound requests, reach out and I'll set it up with you.
