1. Program purpose
Kaldwick may send a Founding 20 applicant a one-to-one text about their submitted application, such as a setup question or an onboarding update. We do not send an automated marketing sequence through this program.
2. How a person opts in
A person opts in only by checking the SMS and call consent box on the public Founding 20 application and submitting the form. The disclosure is visible beside the checkbox. Kaldwick stores the disclosure version and a server timestamp with the application.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Kaldwick does not use a purchased list, a scraped mobile-number list, or consent gathered by another party for this program.
3. Message frequency, charges, and help
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Reply STOP to cancel Kaldwick application-support texts at any time.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email privacy@getkaldwick.com.
- The program is intended for U.S. applicants who have voluntarily submitted the Founding 20 form.
4. Separate contractor messaging
Kaldwick's contractor product may later send a single request-related acknowledgement to a homeowner only when that contractor has an approved sender and has collected the applicable homeowner consent. That is a separate contractor program with its own sender, opt-in, and disclosure; it is not part of this Founding 20 application-support program.
5. Privacy and contact
See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more detail. Kaldwick's publisher identity and postal address are available in the Legal Notice.
